Indochino garments are made for you and delivered within 3–4 weeks** via DHL.

Free Shipping

Indochino offers free worldwide shipping on orders over $150 USD. For orders under $150 USD, Indochino charges a flat rate of $20. Gift cards, tailor’s kits and tape measures ship on us, but are not counted towards the $150 free shipping threshold.

Global

Indochino ships all over the world via DHL. For shipments outside of the US and Canada, all related taxes and duties are not covered.*

Indochino garments are made for you and delivered right to your door within 3–4 weeks.**

* Indochino does not ship to Austria, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Faroe Islands, Greece, Iran, Ireland, Russia, Republic of Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Lithuania, Mexico, Philippines, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Uganda, and Uruguay.

** Orders placed during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale and during Chinese New Year may experience longer wait times, however we aim to deliver your garments within 3-4 weeks.


  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once you complete your order, and given there are no garment measurements or payment delays, it will be delivered to you in 3–4 weeks.

  • How will my order be shipped?

    Our shipping partner DHL is committed to providing top-quality service for your package. We’ll email you the tracking information when it ships.

  • How much is shipping?

    It’s free on orders over $150. Otherwise, $20.

  • Will I have to pay extra customs charges?

    For orders shipping to the US or Canada, you won’t have to pay any additional customs charges.*

    For addresses outside of the US or Canada, all required taxes, VAT, import or excise duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient in their specific country.

    * If you’re asked to pay any customs charges on your order within the US and Canada, please contact our Customer Experience Team with the respective proof of payment and we’ll resolve this issue for you.

  • Do you ship to Armed Forces / APO / FPO addresses / P.O. boxes?

    At the moment we can only ship to residential or business addresses.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

    Give us a call at 1 (855) 334-0788 or shoot us an email at help@indochino.com, preferably before your order ships. If it’s already in transit, DHL can only reroute it within the same country.

  • Does DHL require a signature on delivery?

    Yes as your garments are made specially for you and are one of a kind.

  • Can I rush my order?

    Unfortunately, no. You can’t rush greatness.

  • DHL requires me to fill out a 5106 form, what do I do?

    You may be asked to fill out a standard 5106 form if you are importing goods from another country. For more information, give DHL a call at 1 (800) 463-3339.

  • Will I have to pay taxes?

    Depending on where your order ships to, you will be required to pay additional taxes based on the taxation requirements of the destination.
